We are seeking a goal oriented, personable and accountable individual to join our Landscape Management team as an Account Manager. This is a pivotal client-facing role — you will serve as the trusted link between LaurelRock and an exclusive portfolio of 30–50 luxury residential properties. You will be responsible for growing client relationships, identifying enhancement and maintenance opportunities, and delivering a concierge-level experience that reflects the LaurelRock standard.
Responsibilities and Duties
Serve as the primary point of contact for an exclusive portfolio of luxury residential estates
Build and sustain long-term relationships with discerning, high-net-worth clients through proactive, professional communication
Achieve monthly sales goals for landscape maintenance contracts, enhancements, and tree work
Identify and pursue growth opportunities through referrals and relationship-based business development
Collaborate with our Landscape Designer to create and sell customized enhancement plans
Design and sell seasonal color programs and holiday decorating packages
Conduct property inspections and quality control site audits to ensure LaurelRock’s standards are met
Coordinate with Production Managers and Subcontractors to schedule and prioritize client work
Estimate landscape maintenance, enhancements, and tree services
Promote and embody LaurelRock’s Core Values in every client and team interaction
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
2- or 4-year degree preferred, ideally in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or Landscape Design
3+ years of experience in sales and client relations, preferably in a luxury service environment
Prior experience working with high-net-worth clients or in premium residential services strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, and in-person)
Proven ability to self-schedule, prioritize client needs, and meet deadlines consistently
Strong attention to detail and an intuitive understanding of high-end client expectations
Ability to identify zone 5–7 plants (trees, shrubs, perennials) and apply proper horticultural practices
Knowledge of pruning techniques and landscape maintenance best practices
Goal-driven, process-oriented, and eager to grow within a structured, accountable environment
Honest, professional, and forthright in all communications
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; Aspire software experience a plus
Compensation/Benefits
This is a full-time, year-round salaried + commission position with a competitive total compensation package:
Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000 depending on experience & knowledge base
Commission structure with OTE of $100,000+

Work Details
Location: LaurelRock corporate office, Wilton, CT (in-person, Monday–Friday)
Must be able to commute reliably to our Wilton, CT office
