At LaurelRock, helping our clients enjoy their outdoor spaces to the fullest degree means that we make caring for and maintaining every aspect of their property our business. As a full service firm, we do the yard work so that all our clients have to do is sit back and relax. But that’s not the only reason our clients hire us to manage their properties. They know that our continued involvement with their property after the Design/Build phase has been completed is key to helping the landscape mature properly and evolve into what we, and our clients, envisioned. And, because a professionally designed and maintained landscape offers the highest return on investment of any home improvement, our dedicated maintenance team becomes the steward of that investment, taking personal responsibility for each property.

Every account is assigned a knowledgeable Client Manager, who oversees each client’s individual priorities and preferences. From weekly lawn care, turf management, and bed service, to seasonal cleanups, plant health care, irrigation, and more, we work closely with our clients to create a custom, comprehensive landscape management program that meets their specific needs and budget.

Fine Gardening Program – A LaurelRock Exclusive

For certain properties and select clients, weekly maintenance visits are not enough. In these situations, LaurelRock’s highly trained and experienced fine gardening team supplements basic maintenance with special weekly or bi-weekly services, including: detailed bed care, deadheading and staking of perennials, training and attachment of espaliers and vines, expert care of roses, specialty pruning of ornamentals and topiaries, fertilizing and pinching-back of annual flowers and container plantings, netting of edible berries, harvesting and maintenance of vegetable and herb gardens, and hand-watering.
