Abby epitomizes the professional gardener. The sheer enjoyment of what she does goes beyond the smile on her face. After earning a degree in Environmental Earth Science from Eastern Connecticut State University, she devoted herself to a large-scale ecological project in Illinois restoring prairies, woodlands and wetlands. Then, for three years she managed greenhouse operations, advised customers on plant culture and maintained tropicals, annuals, and perennials for a Connecticut Nursery. Now a valuable part of the LaurelRock team, Abby is living her passion as she exuberantly cares for the fine gardens of LaurelRock clients. She strives to continually increase her knowledge of horticulture and botany by studying at the New York Botanical Gardens and other respected institutions. Abby is recognized as a NOFA accredited Organic Land Care Professional.
