Durham, Connecticut resident Donald Dickson is a State of Connecticut Licensed Custom Grounds Supervisor and Certified Nurseryman. Don is also certified in organic applications and has a broad base of knowledge in plant and turf health care. Coming from 20 years of successfully managing his own landscape construction firm, Don is a tremendous asset to our team. With an Agricultural Degree from Waterbury’s Mattatuck Community College, Don brings over three decades of experience in residential and commercial landscape installation and management to The LaurelRock Company.

Adrienne Mitchell

Adrienne has been a valued fine gardening crew leader for The LaurelRock Company since 2008. Her detail oriented service and strong structural pruning skills provide our clients with a beautiful landscape and garden all season long. Stunning seasonal color designs display her unique sense of creativity. With a business degree from Quinnipac University and fifteen years of experience in the service industry in Westport, Adrienne has used her passion, committment and energy to build strong personal relationships with our clients. In addition to her role as a client relations manager for the firm, Master Gardener Chris Rising, a resident of Newtown, also has a special expertise in exterior holiday decorating. Her 2009 holiday designs adorned the entranceways of the Westport and Newtown Historical Societies for their annual holiday house tours. Elizabeth turned a passion into a profession when she returned to UConn and obtained a bachelor's degree in Horticulture in 2009. She is returning for her third season at Laurelrock and is excited to be in a company where sustainable landscaping and quality are high priorities.
