Peter Kehoe brings more than six years of experience in the landscape industry to his position as LaurelRock’s Landscape Management Operations Manager. An expert in turf and plant health care, as well as a skilled production manager, Peter is highly regarded among clients for his proactive approach to managing landscape crews and delivering excellent customer service. While Peter’s LaurelRock portfolio includes over $1 million in property maintenance and enhancement work annually, his hands-on approach ensures that each property receives the personalized attention it deserves. After graduating from the University of Rhode Island, where he was a starting pitcher and captain of its Division I baseball team, Peter served as an officer in the U.S. Army from June, 2003 to December, 2006, and was stationed in Iraq from 2005 to 2006.

Since 2010, Wilton has held a leadership position with LaurelRock’s Weekly Maintenance Team, providing clients with a variety of essential landscape services, from mowing, edging and seasonal clean-up to planting, pruning, seeding and drainage. 

With more than a dozen years of experience in the landscape industry, Wilton came to the U.S. from his native Dominican Republic, where he was General Manager of an avocado farm. Prior to LaurelRock, Wilton worked for a residential landscape firm in Westchester County for several years. A graduate of the University of Zamorano in Honduras, Wilton holds a degree in Science & Production.

Timothy is a professional horticulturist with a diverse background in plant health care and fine gardening.

Prior to joining The LaurelRock Company, Timothy spent a decade working for a well-established regional landscape firm in all aspects of landscape installation and maintenance, in both the residential and commercial sectors. This extensive experience in landscape installations, pruning, and fine gardening, makes Timothy an excellent fit for his role at The LaurelRock Company.

Timothy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He holds a Professional Horticulture Certificate from The New York Botanical Garden’s School of Professional Horticulture, where he was actively involved in the installation and maintenance of valuable plant material for the annual Orchid Show and for the permanent displays at the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory.

Nanci Fioravanti

Nanci brings many years of landscape management experience and a background in sustainability sciences. She offers a wealth of knowledge in proper landscape practices, environmental science, and ecological sustainability. Before joining The LaurelRock Company, Nanci's studies took her from the glaciers of Alaska, where she participated in a field research expedition for the Juneau Icefield Research Program, to the shores of Miami, where she worked in conjunction with a non-profit organization to perform habitat work, such as removal of invasive species and planting of red mangroves, sea oats, paspalum, and sea lavender at Oleta State Park.

As a self-admitted multi-tasker, Nanci’s energetic and detail-oriented personality makes her a natural fit for LaurelRock’s garden and property management team. Nanci is fluent in Portuguese, as well as proficient in Spanish and Japanese. She attended Montclair State University in Upper Montclair, New Jersey where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and a Master of Science degree in Sustainability Science with an applied sustainability concentration.

Elizabeth Reinhardt has a reputation for being enthusiastic and passionate about landscape management and client relations. With more than a decade of horticultural operations experience, Elizabeth is committed to bringing that same devotion to maintaining beautiful, customized residential landscapes in her new position as Garden and Property Manager at The LaurelRock Company.

Elizabeth has extensive landscape maintenance and installation experience. Prior to joining LaurelRock, Elizabeth was a landscape manager and private gardener where she handled all the outdoor planting and indoor staging aspects of rentals, for-sale homes, and commercial properties. Her position entailed managing the design and creation of custom hanging baskets, decorative potted arrangements, and smaller indoor containers, to harnessing her creativity to allow her to design and maintain beautiful backyard sanctuaries for her clients. Drawing on her experience as a private gardener, Elizabeth is skilled in utilizing proper planting techniques to nurture and maintain the integrity of the overall plant development, eco-friendly fertilization, force flowering techniques and hydroponic and aero-gardening.

Elizabeth hails from Florida where she attended Daytona State College. Not knowing what she wanted to do, Elizabeth focused her studies on general education, but it was her captivation for the instant and long-term gratification that comes from maintaining and enhancing landscapes that directed Elizabeth to her current career path.
